GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
With this contract, Bodegas Castaño S.L. (registered at Ctra. de Fuentealamo nº 3, 30510 Yecla -Murcia - Spain- and NIF: B30078414) sells to any person, natural or legal, the items offered on this website by accessing it. The purchase is effective once the customer completes the payment for the items included in the purchase order.
ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
At the end of the payment process of the purchase order by the Client, it is understood that the latter accepts the contracting conditions in force that will be published on the date of the purchase. The contracting conditions can be modified, so the User agrees to carefully read them before proceeding to acquire any article.
The price that appears on the Web associated to each item always includes the Value Added Tax (VAT), and will be applicable to the sale of the item, except for any possible typographical error. The final price of the order will be the sum of the prices of the items included in it. Any additional expenses necessary for the order to be delivered to the indicated address (customs, import, customs duties or special taxes) will be at the expense of the Customer. The accepted forms of payment are bank transfer prior to delivering the order or online payment by credit card through a secure server at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, who guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided by the Client, in accordance with the Law 15/99 on Protection of Personal Data. Paypal or cash on delivery of the final order amount.
TERMS OF SALE
The items offered on our website are subject to variations without prior notice. The risk of loss is transmitted to the Customer at the time of delivery of the order at the address that has been indicated. If, for any circumstances, the requested vintage of the article is not available, it will be replaced by the following vintage of the same article, if it is already available. The Client can freely cancel his purchase before issuing the payment of the order. Once the order has been paid, the cancellation notice is considered as a refund. The return of goods can be made up to 7 business days after the reception date of the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition so as to be refunded. The refund of the amount will be done in the same way that the initial purchase was made. Free shipping within the Peninsula for the minimum purchase of a box of 6 bottles. Shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands will be charged according the current parcel delivery rates. The receipt of defective or damaged items must be communicated within 7 business days of reception of goods. The necessary action will be taken to replace faulty goods with new ones at no additional cost. All the prices, descriptions and quantities of the articles will be valid, except for any typographical errors, modifications or end of stock.
Delivery within the Peninsula is free for a minimum purchase of a box of 6 bottles of the same wine or assorted bottles. For shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands, shipping costs will be subject to the current rates of the contracted shipping agent.
The user agrees to use this website in accordance with the provisions established in current regulations, in the general contracting conditions, as well as morality, good manners and public order. The use of the website constitutes by itself the acceptance of the present terms by which the user commits to a lawful and appropriate use. The user is not authorized to copy, modify or transmit the contents included in this website, as well as all the contents included in it, as they are property solely of Bodegas Castaño, S.L.
