Our wines

Castaño wines are the result of a great teamwork with high levels of enthusiasm in what we do and in what we represent, with a marked Mediterranean character and rich complexity of aromas and flavours.

A wide range of wines are created, both with the single varietal Monastrell, and others where Monastrell is perfectly complemented with other varieties such as Garnacha Tintorera, Syrah, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon. Our white wines have the lovely fresh fruitiness of the Macabeo and the Chardonnay white grape varieties and the smooth silkiness that our climate caresses them with.
