Tasting Notes

Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Clean and shiny. In the nose it's fruity, with citrus and tropical hints such as orange zest, pinapple and mango peel. Pronounced intensity. On the palate it's fresh, unctuous, combines fruity notes with subtle notes coming from its malolatic conversion and aging in barrels (Fresh butter, baking notes, vainilla and cinnamon nuances).

6 months in new French oak barrels of 500L. Batonnage realized during its time in the barrel.
