The Wine

Our precise work with the indigenous variety Monastrell, the constant experimenting with other varieties and the different kind of soils where our vines are planted in DO Yecla are the key factors that provide the wide range of possibilities, complexity of aromas and flavours in our wines.

A continuous care of the vineyard and each one of its processes, as well as the strict selection of grapes at harvest time and the neat elaboration (an accurate extraction, a specific temperature control, appropriate vinification systems for each variety and kind of grape, etc) allow the wide range of wines in our catalogue. Young reds, whites and rosés, different ageing periods according to each type and straight or harmoniously blended wines are a true pleasure to be discovered.
